Availability

Small orders are usually available to ship within one to three working days. We may require up to 6-12 weeks for extremely large orders,due to the fact that we house very little inventory to insure freshness. Contact us for pricing and availability on volume purchases.

Terms

A orders must be prepaid. We accept Paypal, VISA and MasterCard, as well as company checks. Checks are verified for sufficient funds prior to authorizing shipment. Net term payment is available upon approval of credit application for our wholesale customers.

Shipping

Customers are to pay shipping and handling charges. USPS is our standard method of shipping. All methods of shipping through UPS, FedEx, DHL, Emery, Consolidated Freight, Yellow Freight, and Airborne Express are available by request. Unless otherwise stated all orders are FOB Origin.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

Please check for external damage before signing for each shipment. If you receive a damaged shipment, save all packaging and contact us within 24 hours to initiate a claim. Reports of shortages or order discrepancies must also be received within 24 hours of your packages arrival.

Return Policy

Candles are returnable only in the event incorrect shipment, otherwise returns are not excepted.

Pricing 

Pricing is simple... One size, one price $10.00. The state of Georgia requires sales tax for customers within the state.
