Frequently Asked Questions
Do the candles smell the same when burning?
Yes! Each fragrance is tested for quality and consistency. If the fragrance morphs or changes while burning, we typically will not use the fragrance in our candles. What you smell is what you get!
Will the fragrance last?
Yes! Our candles are scented completely through the entire candle. From the first to the last light, your favorite fragrance will fill the air. It is also good to note that after being exposed to a fragrance for four or more consecutive day’s you may experience what is called “olfactory fatigue”. This could cause a fragrance to be difficult to detect temporarily, try switching to a different fragrance for a few days.
Will these candles “smoke”?
There will always be some degree of smoke when you burn anything. The advantage of a soy blend candles is that they produce far less soot or smoke then traditional candles. To avoid smoking, only burn the candle for the suggested time, allow the candle to cool completely then trim the wick to 1/4 of an inch before relighting. Burning a candle for longer then recommended and not trimming the wick regularly will cause any wax to super heat. This causes the wax to be used up faster than the wick can self trim resulting is “mushrooming” and smoking.
Do you do custom orders or wholesale?

Why has my candle liquefied?
If you’re new to the world of soy candles, don’t worry. This is exactly how the soy candle should burn, once the top 1/2 inch of the candle is liquid or after burning for three hours (whichever comes first) extinguish the candle. Depending on room temperature the candle will completely solidify within 30-60 minutes and can be relit after the wick has been trimmed.
How long should I burn my candle?
The general rule of thumb for candle burning is 1 hour for every inch of the candle’s diameter. If your candle is 3” wide then you should burn the candle for 3-hours. We suggest the following burn times, our 7oz square tumblers & 3.7oz travel tin’s should be burned for no more then 3-hours, our 2.3oz Votives should be burned for no more then 2-hours.
What type of wax and wicks do you use?
We use the finest waxes that are hand choosen for our candles, hand blended fragrance oils blended by respected chemist and cotton wicks for better candle burning.
